CAC High School Principal’s Notes
Well folks, that was Spirit Week! A time of high energy, fun and community engagement as well as grade level bonding and some healthy competition. The events through the week were carefully selected to offer a wide range of students the opportunity to participate based on their interests, skills and talents. We had a dodgeball game, high-diving content, a Kahoot quiz, lip-syncing / dance-off, novelty relay race and, of course, the Tug o’ War today. On top of this, daily dress ups, clothes and food donations, creative banner designs and a final whole-grade performance add up to a week-long event that sums up many aspects of the CAC experience. Yes, it’s fun but it is also good for well-being, a learning opportunity and a fantastic opportunity for students to demonstrate CAC’s core values and character strengths and they collaborate together in grade level teams.
