Middle School Principal’s Letter
Dear Parents,
Thank you for taking the time to read this week’s version of the News and Views. We had an Early Release Day on Monday.
During the morning, the grade six students went on a Geology field trip to the Wadi. For many, it was the first time visiting the Wadi.

The 7th and 8th graders had a morning of well-being activities that rotated as they focused on their mental and physical well-being.

Mabrouk! To the following parents who came in and worked on the Winter decorations:
Sarah Enan, Sally El Gharabli, Gazbeya El-Hamamsy, ( Angela) Jeong Eunsun, Nada El Sawy, and Fides Urbiztondo. Your efforts are greatly appreciated.
The grade six students are well into their fundraising drive for the African Hope School. We also had bake sales, and the students were going around collecting pledges for the number of laps they ran on Wednesday morning. Remember that this initiative is run by students for students, and we need your support.
Tonight we have the Winter Music Festival, and I hope you attend to hear our students perform beautiful music in the band and with their voices in the choir.
Congratulations to all our students and coaches who participated in the season one intramural season. We will end the season next week Thursday. In the second semester, we have CISSA sports for middle school beginning.
The first sport will be soccer, then basketball, followed by volleyball. We are hoping to get as many students as possible out to participate.
Thank you for your continuous support of the middle school.
In Partnership,
Courtney Bailey
The Middle School Principal

All Pro Dad for 14 December
Calling All CAC Middle School Students and Parents:
Help us closeout the year by spending an hour with us at the next CAC All Pro Dad event! You will be happy you did!
December’s topic is Generosity. Most people live life looking to take rather than give, but being generous is an important attribute to teach and model for our children. Giving can fuel general happiness and wellbeing not only in the person we help, but also in ourselves. Generosity demonstrates that we truly value others and are willing to reach out and meet their needs.
The next gathering is scheduled for 14 December at 7:00 am in Room 115 and we would love to see you there.
Breakfast, donuts and juice, will be provided.
If you would like to come, please RSVP here: https://allprodadchapters.com/chapters/13407
For more information or questions, contact our team captain, Craig Tippins, at this email: AllProDadCAC@gmail.com
