CAC High School Principal’s Notes

Dear parents,

It was another short week, but another busy one. The Spring Arts Festival continued with some delightful performances from Middle and High School students. IB exams also continued, with the largest group (from all the math courses) taking tests today and tomorrow. For her CAS project, a student began selling bracelets, raising money to buy toys for children at Al Nas Hospital. The newly elected Student Council Executive Officers began making plans for the remainder of the year. The students worked hard on their projects, looking to finish strong.

The uptick in COVID cases in Egypt serves to remind us all that we need to remain vigilant about mitigation measures. Please make sure your family does your part to keep our community safe: Avoid Crowds, Closed Spaces, and Close Conversations. Wear a Mask, Watch Your Distance, Wash Your Hands, and Work Together.

Have a great weekend, and stay safe!

Ramadan Kareem!

Our students continue their hard work, many doing so with the added challenge and sacrifice of a daily fast. We have added more tents to the lawn for students to have shade. The trees over the HS Garden are blooming, and budding leaves are providing some much needed shade.
Please see the morning announcements for information about places students can go to rest or pray during school hours.
