CAC High School Principal’s Notes
The countdown has begun for the Class of 24
Has it really only been one week since spring break? It seems we have packed a lot into just one week of school. As the weather warms up, so does the temperature in the high school as we approach the final quarter of learning for this academic year. Students are beginning to turn their minds towards finishing up this semester in a strong and meaningful way. In their classes, they are rounding out curriculum pieces and mapping assessment paths towards the end of the year. Please support us in this journey by keeping the conversation open between yourself and your child. If you have any concerns or worries about them, please do reach out.
On that note, we look forward to welcoming our parent community to the second round of conferences which we will be hosting next week on the 26th and 27th of March. On Tuesday after school, you are welcome to drop in to the gym and meet any of your child’s teachers. The session begins at 3:30 and ends at 5:00. If you prefer to make an appointment, please log into the Skyward system and schedule an appointment with your child’s teachers for Wednesday. If you are unable to attend the conferences next week, please feel free to email teachers to arrange meetings with them at your convenience. We are all here and happy to help and support your child in their learning journey.
Wishing you a wonderful weekend ahead.

Support Mothers and Babies in Need!
During this Ramadan season, let’s come together to make a difference in the lives of mothers and babies in our community.
The Caritas Organization in Egypt is dedicated to providing medical visits for mothers who lack the means to do so for their babies. To support this cause, we’re collecting donations to create goodie bags for these mothers to take home after their visits.
Simply drop off your donations in the red box located at CAC’s front gate (March 26 – April 7). Your generosity will make a meaningful impact on the lives of these families. Let’s show our support and compassion during this special time of giving.
For more information on the donation drive – check the poster.

CAC All Pro Dad – March 28
Hello everyone! The next CAC All Pro Dad meeting is scheduled for 28 March.
All Pro Dad is a monthly gathering where dads get to intentionally engage with their kids! This of course is not just limited to dads, but all children must be accompanied by an adult. There will be fun activities and a character-based curriculum that helps parents start meaningful conversations with their kids.
The next meeting is scheduled for 28 March at 7:00 am and it would be great to see you there.
March’s topic is Resilience. A person who’s resilient can recover fast after experiencing something difficult. When we’re resilient, we bounce back after a hardship instead of staying down after it hits us.
If you would like to come, please RSVP here! https://allprodadchapters.com/chapters/13407

Dear Parents,
The CAC Swim School staff welcomes your children to the Learn-to-Swim Program.
Learn-To-Swim
The Learn-To-Swim program is for new or beginner to intermediate-level swimmers ages 3 years old and up to help them improve their swimming skills and water safety knowledge. It’s a great program for swimmers who are not yet ready for the swim team but still want to be involved in swimming activities. Learn-to-swim classes begin at 3:25 pm and end at 4:15 pm.
A few items to bring to your attention :
• Classes are held every Tuesday from March 19th- May 14th, 2024.
• If your child normally rides the bus, please communicate with the Transportation Department about any changes. There is no ASA bus service on Tuesday.
• There are no lessons on early release days.
• Program fees are $90 for the 9-week session.
Children are not allowed on campus unsupervised after the school day. Parents are responsible for dropping in and picking up their children at the pool area for the class.
Thank you for your involvement as we strive to make your children’s learning-to-swim process enjoyable and safe.
